Deskorolka terenowa z napędem elektrycznym
Wojciech MIĄSKOWSKI, Bartosz MOCZULAK
This article presents the results of work on the design and construction of a personal transportation device that meets the needs of hobbyists and DIYers and constitutes an environmentally-friendly approach to innovative means of transportation. The study covers development of the design, construction of the prototype and testing of an electric off-road skateboard capable of dynamically moving in various terrain conditions. By creating a proper SolidWorks 3D model, it was possible to perform Finite Element Method (FEM) calculations and to conduct an analysis required to introduce appropriate corrections to the model before building a physical device. The work focused on the ability to design a deck and a drive system without using any advanced tools. The prototyping phase involved designing, constructing and testing a private transportation device. The prototype skateboard allowed to collect the necessary data through field testing, in order to confirm whether the approach adopted was correct.
