 abstract={The author attempts to bring closer the perception of terrorist threats in educational institutions. For the sake of objectivity of the analysis, he compiles the research carried out by the Public Opinion Research Center presenting the sense of security in the country and the perception of terrorist threats, and his own research carried out in some educational institutions. Analyzing the results and paying attention to the guidelines of the Ministry of National Education, he defines the construction of an initial plan of training activities as a part of the “Safe School” project.},
